Question: What type of warranty do I receive for my product?

Answer: You receive the Standard warranty:
Labor - 90 days from the date of original purchase.
Parts - 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Please refer to your Owner's Manual Warranty Page for additional information.

Question: Where can I purchase the product?

Answer: Please check with local retail stores and also any online dealers.

Question: Where am I able to get a copy of the owner's manual for the unit?

Answer: You can download the electronic copy of the owner's manual via our website.

Question: My unit is not powering on. What can I do?

Answer: Unplug the product's power cord from the current outlet and plug into another electrical outlet. If you are using the power/standby button on the remote control and the TV is not powering on, it could be the remote issue and please refer to Question 1 for further instruction on remote test. If TV still does not come on, the unit may need to be serviced.

Question: Where can I get information for internal product parts and pricing information?

Answer: You will be able to get the information via Parts@funaiservice.com. Model, Serial and Part numbers are required upon your request.

Question: Is there an Authorized Service Center (ASC) in my area?

Answer: You will be able to search to see if there is any ASC in your area through the "Authorized Service Center" tab on our website. If there is no ASC nearby your location, you may look for local repair centers through the yellow page.
